According to public records compiled by DataCentersExposed, it would add roughly 500 MW of electricity demand.

I am concerned about the impact on our electricity bills, our water, noise and air quality near homes and schools, and whether the public benefits justify any tax incentives. I respectfully ask that you deny this application, or at minimum impose binding conditions, and that you keep the record open for public comment.

Specifically, I ask the board to require: an independent noise study at the property line; a water- and power-impact assessment; enforceable conditions on cooling type, operating hours, and setbacks; and clawback provisions if commitments aren't met.
