Editorial responsibility

DataCentersExposed publishes facts aggregated from public records, each linked to its primary source and graded for confidence. Our standards, sourcing, and independence are documented in the methodology and ethics policy. Corrections are handled openly through the corrections log, and any company we cover has the same right to request a fix as any reader.

Data protection

For the purposes of the EU and UK GDPR, the data controller is Eric Keller. We collect almost no personal data and appoint no Article 27 representative on the basis of the low-risk exemption. Full details — legal bases, international transfers, retention, and how to exercise your rights or complain to a supervisory authority — are in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property & reuse

The database is offered under the Open Database License (ODbL 1.0) and our prose under CC BY 4.0; details are on the data & licensing page. Copyright or other takedown requests follow the DMCA / takedown process.

Consumer dispute resolution

DataCentersExposed sells no goods or services. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle, § 36 VSBG). Accuracy disputes are resolved faster and more usefully through our corrections process.
